Liz and Rachel’s collaboration began in Boston Public Schools in 2001 where Liz was a literacy coach while Rachel was leading the coaching work. The collaboration has grown and deepened into a decades-long partnership focused on systemic improvement in education. Together, they’ve worked with educational leaders at all levels, co-authored books, and developed innovative programs to support leadership development.
Outside of work, they’ve hiked the French Alps together and also enjoy more daily delights, like game nights with Bananagrams. Leading Strategically reflects their shared passion for helping leaders make meaningful, lasting change and sustain themselves in the work.
