Hands-on sessions for a group of leaders in your context, customized to participants’ priorities.

Example: 90-minute to all-day session exploring the five elements of strategic leadership (or diving deeply into one of the elements) with opportunities to apply tools from the book to work-in-progress, and engage in a case study.

Example: six-week to year-long engagement with a group of leaders in your context working through and applying the five elements of strategic leadership to their work.

Engage in book studies in your own context and be joined by Rachel or Liz for discussion.

Example: A team reads Leading Strategically over a couple of months using the online book discussion guide and invites Rachel or Liz to join you for a conversation along the way or at your last book study meeting.

One-on-One
Coaching

Personalized support for leaders.

Example: one-hour meetings bi-weekly or once/month across a school year, with sessions focused on building a leader’s capacity to achieve their goals and navigate challenges, leveraging the elements of leading strategically.
